You will be joining our Commercial Strategy team, and will be instrumental in enabling profitable growth for our business. You will be supporting the development of our deal pricing strategy and will be advising our Sales teams in the deal pricing process across our embedded lending and deposits products. You will also be playing an integral role in the development of the annual and long-term revenue plan for NatWest Boxed.
What You'll Do
- Support the management of pricing strategy, balancing commercial and customer needs.
- Ensure that pricing structures are transparent and fair, creating win-win commercial constructs for NatWest Boxed and our clients.
- Play a key role in building our revenue plan and measuring progress against targets.
You'll Also Be
- Developing new deal pricing models and commercial structures across our embedded lending and deposits product suites.
- Advising our Sales teams on optimal commercial structures, pricing modelling and margin guidance as part of the deal process.
- Creating and maintaining our framework to monitor pricing effectiveness and performance, as well as the operating model we utilise to define our pricing strategy and approach.
- Supporting the annual and long-term revenue planning for NW Boxed and the ongoing cadence of measuring our progress against the budget.
The Skills You'll Need
- Highly numerate with strong analytical expertise.
- At least three to five years of experience in pricing or commercial finance roles within financial services and/or the embedded finance space, or investment banking.

- The ability to analyse and evaluate significant amounts of information to aid sound decision making.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to influence senior management levels.
