About the role: For someone with a background in data-driven analysis and statistical or mathematical modelling, this is an exciting opportunity to build innovative pricing capability for NatWest Boxed, our Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) provider.
Responsibilities: You\’ll be instrumental in developing data and analytics capability that will integrate client-specific Boxed data as well as market insights into our Savings and Loans pricing optimisation tools. You\’ll support the business in building pricing capability, visualisation, and performance insight to drive effective decision-making for new savings and lending products.
Key duties include:
- Sourcing, refining, and loading Boxed data into the NatWest pricing optimiser to enhance strategies.
- Developing a multi-brand savings pricing tool to optimise product offerings.
- Enhancing existing loans pricing tools for different brands with varying strategic goals.
- Collaborating with colleagues and broader functions for integrated model delivery.
- Providing management information on model performance.
- Creating pricing dashboards using Tableau for stakeholder insights.
Candidate profile: We\’re looking for a keen problem solver with a degree in a numerate discipline, extensive banking or financial services experience, and knowledge of optimisation and multivariate techniques. Experience in model development, risk management, and monitoring is essential.
