Join us as a Product Owner. We’re looking for someone to support senior management in driving the development of our priorities. You’ll be putting the customer at the heart of our plans and constantly improving their journey. This is an opportunity to make sure all aspects of our customer journey deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll do:

  • Come and join our Product team, owning API-driven products that enhance the customer experience within our Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with BaaS product managers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver and orchestrate client‑facing API solutions that are scalable, flexible, and reusable.
  • Defining and prioritising the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and a cross‑functional squad, ensuring alignment with client, customer and business needs/objectives.
  • Translating the product roadmap into actionable deliverables by breaking down roadmap objectives into epics, detailed user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Building on top of our core banking platform to orchestrate, translate, and apply business logic for seamless integration with client applications.
  • Delivering clear, user‑friendly APIs that power key lending onboarding and in‑life customer journeys.
  • Setting sprint objectives in partnership with Engineering Managers / Tech Leads, ensuring high‑quality delivery that meets governance, risk, and compliance standards.
  • Driving an API‑first approach, focusing on standards‑compliant design and documentation to ensure developer satisfaction and ease of integration.

The skills you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, managing and delivering successful API‑driven or Business‑to‑Business‑to‑Customer (B2B2C) products across all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Expertise in API product management, including API design, documentation, and backend integration, with a deep understanding of scalable and reusable microservices architectures.
  • A versatile skill set combining business acumen and technical knowledge, with a solid background in product discovery, user‑centric design, and iterative development processes.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyse, and act on metrics that drive product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, balancing customer requirements with business objectives and compliance needs.
  • A strong focus on understanding and delivering value to build a best‑in‑class developer experience, and business users' needs, and with a keen awareness of the end customer experience.
