NatWest Boxed is seeking a Complaints Analyst to take ownership of customer complaints across the business, ensuring fair outcomes and timely responses. You will liaise with customers to understand issues, conduct thorough investigations, and respond within established timescales to support a positive customer experience.

You’ll analyse trends, identify opportunities to improve customer experience, growth and efficiency, and work across departments to handle a variety of complaints.
