Join us as a Delivery Manager (AI) for NatWest Boxed. Joining a highly collaborative team, this is a unique opportunity to make a difference to our internal teams, our customers and Boxed.
You’ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution by ensuring messages, directives, and strategic ambitions of the Leadership Team are clearly distributed across the business. You’ll manage stakeholders across the Bank and externally to understand AI developments and best practice outside of the immediate business.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the pivotal contact point for all key AI stakeholders across Boxed and manage the AI impact on strategic initiatives such as cost management and organisational design.
- Own the AI Steering Group rhythm and materials.
- Orchestrate the creation of high quality, executive level decks and briefing papers.
- Proactively engage with contributors across the business to ensure data, updates, and inputs are received on time and to a high standard prior to meetings.
- Track action items and ensure governance decisions are documented and implemented.
- Maintain the master view of all AI use cases across the business (both internal efficiency and external product features).
- Work with the Special Interest Group leads to quantify and track efficiency gains for each initiative.
- Identify overlapping initiatives to prevent duplication of effort and ensure resources are focused on high-impact areas.
- Act as a strategic advisor and project manager for the AI Learning & Development (L&D) Lead and other leads.
- Support the rollout of upskilling programs by managing timelines and deliverables.
- Synthesise L&D progress and recent developments into executive summaries for the Leadership Team to demonstrate how the organisation is evolving.
The Skills You’ll Need
- Established collaborator, with strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience of working in delivery management roles within AI coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Deep strategic and analytical thinking skills and toolkit.
- Proven experience in rolling out large-scale organizational change, with a focus on embedding new technologies (like AI) into company culture and daily workflows.
- Expert-level knowledge of Agile methodologies and a "product-led" mindset.
- Comfortable navigating tools like Jira for delivery tracking and Figma for collaborating with design/UX teams.
- The ability to distil complex technical updates into high-impact narratives for C-suite stakeholders, ensuring clarity and confidence at the leadership level.
