About The Role

We will fully train you on how to test, check, and support our products. You will play a vital role in keeping our customers happy and making sure our equipment works perfectly.
What You Will Do
- Help Customers: Answer simple questions and give friendly support via phone and email.
- Check Equipment: Learn to test and calibrate tools using our easy, step‑by‑step guides.
- Keep Records: Update computer files and safety certificates for the equipment.
- Organize Shipments: Log arriving equipment and pack items safely to send back to customers.
