Overview: The Global Business Controller Otometrics is a highly visible finance leadership role combining international accounting oversight with strategic financial partnership to the Hearing CPA or equivalent preferred.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including international or multinational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.
  • Proven ability to act as a business partner, influencing decision‑making through strong financial insight.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Experience in manufacturing, medical device, or other regulated industries is a plus.
