About the Role
We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Territory Sales Manager to lead the growth of our EEG product portfolio across the UK. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on capital equipment sales within neurophysiology, where you will build strategic partnerships across NHS and private healthcare providers, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver against ambitious revenue targets. You will own your territory, from identifying opportunities through to contract negotiation and closure, while also supporting installations and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving sales of EEG systems and associated consumables/services across your territory
- Developing and executing a strategic territory plan aligned to national objectives
- Building strong relationships with clinicians, clinical scientists, procurement teams, and decision-makers
- Leading product demonstrations, evaluations and commercial discussions, supported by Clinical Application Specialists
- Managing long, complex sales cycles and maintaining a robust pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Identifying new business opportunities while protecting and growing the existing installed base
- Providing market insight and competitor intelligence to shape strategy
- Supporting installations, user training and ongoing customer success

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in medical device or capital equipment sales (essential)
- Experience within neurophysiology, EEG, EMG or PSG strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of NHS procurement processes and stakeholder navigation
- A consultative, solution-focused sales approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- High levels of ownership, resilience and accountability
- Structured approach to territory and pipeline management
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (~50%)
