Role Description

We’re looking for a National Account Executive, based in our central London office, to help us grow our commercial footprint, managing wholesale accounts, driving our Amazon channel, and unlocking new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing wholesale relationships, ensuring smooth operations and strong partnerships.
  • Own and grow Naturya’s Amazon account - optimise performance, drive sales, and collaborate across teams.
  • Identify and pursue new account openings across retail and wholesale.
  • Support pitches, onboarding, and reporting for new and existing accounts.
  • Represent Naturya at trade shows and industry events.

About You

  • A sharp commercial mind with a creative streak; you spot opportunities and love turning ideas into action.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude; you’re resourceful, resilient, and thrive on making things happen.
  • Detail-oriented and data-savvy; you love diving into numbers and making them work for you.
  • A genuine team player, with a passion for wellness, nutrition and healthy eating.
  • 2-3 years experience in a commercial role, with exposure to negotiations.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Must Haves

  • 24+ months experience in account management or commercial support in FMCG or a fast-paced consumer brand.
  • 12+ months of hands-on Amazon experience; you know your way around Seller Central and how to drive results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
