Role Description

We’re looking for a National Account Executive, based in our central London office, to help us grow our commercial footprint, managing wholesale accounts, international distributors and unlocking new business opportunities. If you’re smart, ambitious, and ready to make things happen, this is your chance to join a purpose‑led brand that’s shaping the future of food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing wholesale and distributor relationships, ensuring smooth operations and strong partnerships.
  • Identify growth opportunities with existing accounts and pursue new account openings across retail and wholesale.
  • Support pitches, onboarding, and reporting for new and existing accounts.
  • Represent Naturya at trade shows and industry events.

About You

  • A sharp commercial mind with a creative streak; you spot opportunities and love turning ideas into action.
  • A proactive, can‑do attitude; you’re resourceful, resilient, and thrive on making things happen.
  • Detail‑oriented and data‑savvy鉴; you love diving into numbers and making them work for you.
  • A genuine team player, with a passion for wellness, nutrition and healthy eating.
  • 2‑4 years experience in a commercial role, with exposure to negotiations.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Social media literate and keen to engage with various Naturya platforms.

Must Haves

  • 24+ months experience in account management or commercial support in FMCG or a fast‑paced consumer brand.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful and natural.RIGHT go‑getter.
