We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team in central London. The Graphic Designer will design and evolve existing packaging concepts. The right candidate creates visually compelling graphics, designs branding elements, and produces innovative content for marketing campaigns. Daily responsibilities include working collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team, developing logos, enhancing typographical elements, and maintaining consistency in brand messaging. This is full time and on-site in central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Design new, and evolve existing packaging concepts (i.e update, refine and amend existing packaging artwork).
- Create CGI pack shots.
- Prepare artwork for print and liaise with print suppliers.
- Develop and evolve brand guidelines.
- Design digital assets for social, web and advertising.
- Create print-ready collateral for trade and consumer marketing.
- Design large-format graphics for trade shows.
- Cross collaborate across Commercial, Product Management and Technical functions.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and creating high-quality visual content.
- Strong skills in Logo Design and Branding.
- At least 4+ Years in FMCG (either In-house or agency).
- Expertise in Typography and attention to design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- Experience in designing for digital and print platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Strong experience preparing print-ready packaging files.
- Asana, Midjourney.
- Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- UX/UI design, Shopify.
- Motion graphics.
