We are currently looking for a Site Engineering Manager to join our rapidly growing business in Chichester, West Sussex. Reporting into our Head of Operations you will lead a team of fantastic Engineers that manage and maintain some of the latest production technology within the food industry.
Responsibilities
- You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team who are responsible for driving and delivering against strategy and driving continuous improvement to delight our customers.
- Managing and developing a team of Engineers
- The day to day activities of the site based engineering department
- Continuous improvement of NWF engineering practices and standards and projects
- Legionella management
- Efficient use of energy resources, including reduction initiatives
- Environmental compliance management
- Ensure buildings, plant & equipment are safe in design & operation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience within a fast paced Industrial engineering environment
- People management experience
- Working understanding of Health & Safety legislation
- Strong multi-skilled technical abilities
- Strong communicator (written & verbal)
- IT Literate
- Team player
- Recognised Electrical qualification
