Reporting to the Shift Manager, youll take the reins of a talented team of Manufacturing and Production Operatives, leading the charge in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of your section on the factory floor. Shift Pattern We operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7 both days and nights.
