Natures Way Foods is a leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and “food-to-go” for supermarkets and retailers, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe. We are currently looking for a Site Engineering Manager to join our rapidly growing business in Selsey, West Sussex. Reporting into our Head of Operations you will lead a team of fantastic Engineers that manage and maintain some of the latest production technology within the food industry.
The day to day activities of the site based engineering department include:
- Continuous improvement of NWF engineering practices and standards and projects
- Legionella management
- Efficient use of energy resources, including reduction initiatives
- Environmental compliance management
- Ensure buildings, plant & equipment are safe in design & operation
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience within a fast paced Industrial engineering environment
- People management experience
- Strong multi-skilled technical abilities
- Recognised Electrical qualification
