Manufacturing Operative | Chichester Site | Mixture of Days and nights | Shift Allowance Were looking for a proactive and driven Manufacturing Operative to join our fast-paced team at Natures Way Foods. In this hands-on role, youll be at the heart of our production processensuring our machinery runs smoothly, customer orders are met to high standards, and safety always comes first. Shift Pattern Our rotational shift pattern, covering 7 to 7, includes both days and nights.
