The predicted salary is between 1100 - 1100 £ per month.
We are looking for a proactive and driven Manufacturing Operative to join our fast-paced team at Natures Way Foods. In this hands-on role, you will be at the heart of our production process ensuring our machinery runs smoothly, customer orders are met to high standards, and safety always comes first.
Shift pattern: We operate a rotational shift pattern covering both days and nights 7:00am - 7:00pm. Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Responsibilities:
- Operating specialised production machinery, ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely at all times.
- Supervising Production Operatives and agency staff working on site.
- Ensuring our customer orders are met to our high standards of quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a factory or production environment.
