We're hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our fast-paced team at Natures Way Foods! In this dynamic leadership role, you'll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring Health & Safety compliance, maintaining stock accuracy, meeting customer service levels, and ensuring records are audit-ready. You'll lead by example, support team development, and drive continuous improvement across the department.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure team are trained to the required standard and all new starters have a meaningful and effective induction to the business
- Manage holiday scheduling to ensure adequate shift coverage and meet operational requirements
- Oversee and track employee absences
- Assume full responsibility for the logistics department during night shift or in their absence
- Ensure Company Health and Safety and Hygiene rules are adhered to
- Ensure all Customer requirements are met
- Maintain stock control/integrity in the area of work
- Liaise/communicate with all other team members where necessary
- Meet required deadlines through prioritising own work
- Keeping required information/data/records for auditing purposes up to date
Shift pattern:
We operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7 covering days and nights. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically you would be working as follows:
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
