This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
You'll play an important role in supporting the complaints process from start to finish, ensuring claims are logged accurately, investigations are coordinated effectively, and customers receive clear and timely communication.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, as well as suppliers and customers, you'll help maintain high standards, support continuous improvement, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
This role is initially offered as a 6 month fixed-term-contract.
