Quality Auditor | Up to £32,500 base salary | Annual Profit Share Bonus | Chichester Reporting into the QA Manager you will be responsible for Product Food Safety and Quality, systems, processes, procedures & GMP to ensure they comply with the set internal and customer requirements and specification, including auditing and closure of non-conformances Annual bonus Employer matched pension up to 5% Health cash plan Flexible benefits including; Corporate gym discounts, shopping discounts, enhanced maternity & paternity policy and many more Access to online GP & life assurance Ensure that the product quality & safety standards are maintained at all times and that the product that is manufactured meets the customers specification and is legally compliant in all aspects Ensure that our factories are audit ready at all times and the strict GMP standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing site. Carry out regular documented checks on all areas and lines of manufacture and packing, including paperwork checks to ensure correct completion. Monitor lines during production and report any issues in relation to quality or product safety. Conduct documented investigations and close out non-conformances, using Root Cause Analysis. Set up and conduct daily quality assessments, including feedback and trending for operational teams. Carry out specified projects QA or similar experience working within the food industry, ideally experience in short shelf-life products.
