Due to rapid growth and increased hiring volumes, we are currently on the lookout for a Recruitment Administrator to join our busy People Team in Chichester, West Sussex. You will support the recruitment team by managing the day-to-day administrative tasks related to our recruitment and hiring processes. This role involves assisting with job postings, candidate screenings, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment records on the applicant tracking system. We are ideally looking for candidates with strong administration experience working within a busy recruitment or HR team.

This role offers flexible working, requiring 30 hours per week, spread across five days (Monday to Friday), working 6 hours per day. While we are open to flexible start and finish times, they must align with our core business hours. Please note; Salary for this position is £27,500, Pro-Rata, based on 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites
  • Maintain an updated list of active job openings and communicate this internally
  • Review and screen resumes and applications, identifying potential candidates based on job requirements (for volume recruitment within factories)
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth process
  • Provide candidates with necessary information about interview logistics, including location, format, and expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of all applicants in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support with the feedback to candidates post-interview and assist in managing offer letters, contracts and rejections
  • Support the team with recruitment projects, job fairs and any special recruitment initiatives

  • Food Manufacturing experience is beneficial
