We are experiencing massive growth at Natures Way Foods ahead of our peak summer production period, and we are urgently seeking an experienced Recruiter for an immediate start on a 2-month fixed-term contract to support a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment drive across our manufacturing sites. This role is critical in helping us scale our workforce for shop floor and operational vacancies, where demand is rapidly increasing as production levels surge for the summer season.
You will be focused on end-to-end high volume recruitment including:
- Screening large numbers of candidates
- Posting and managing live vacancies
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Working closely with our Operations Managers on site to ensure we are quickly and effectively meeting workforce requirements across the business
This is an on-site role (not hybrid or remote) within a busy manufacturing environment, ideal for someone from a high-volume recruitment background. Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial recruitment would be a strong advantage, and we also welcome experienced agency recruiters who thrive in fast-moving, target-driven environments.
This is a key role that will directly support our growth and readiness for our busiest trading period, where production demand significantly increases — your work will help shape our ability to deliver at scale through the summer peak.
