We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our rapidly growing business in Chichester, West Sussex. Reporting into our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will join a team of recruitment experts that hire the very best talent across our head office functions & manufacturing sites.
You will play an essential role in sourcing & attracting the very best talent for Natures Way Foods. You will act as the main point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the full 360 recruitment life cycle. Keeping the candidate experience at the heart of everything you do, you will support our hiring managers in making the correct recruitment decisions and providing the right advice, support & recruitment tools to ensure we are the best at fresh with every hire.

- Providing support and guidance to our hiring managers and colleagues on a variety of queries relating to recruitment processes and procedures
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels including social media platforms, job boards and professional networks
- Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and line manager interviews
- Both specialist and high-volume recruitment – Must be able to flex between both areas
- Assessing applicant suitability using our Applicant Tracking System
- Employer branding initiatives
- Attending job fairs and recruitment events
- Maintaining long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Creating talent pools
- Reviewing recruitment data to spot trends and areas of opportunity
- Being an advocate for D&I and championing these behaviours throughout the recruitment process
