We’re looking for a commercially minded Buyer to play a key role in sourcing food ingredients and raw materials, ensuring we deliver outstanding value without compromising on quality or ethics. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing procurement team within Nature’s Way Foods, where you’ll have real ownership, cross-functional exposure, and the chance to influence sourcing strategy in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
What you’ll receive:
- Base salary of £40,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)

Key responsibilities:
- Sourcing and procuring ingredients to deliver optimal cost, quality and supply performance
- Participating in commercial discussions and supplier negotiations
- Supporting and contributing to sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Engaging in supplier selection, onboarding and relationship management
- Monitoring supplier performance across cost, service, quality and compliance metrics
- Supporting the management of supplier agreements and commercial terms
- Reviewing market trends, commodity movements and supply risks to inform decisions
- Contributing to cost management and value improvement initiatives
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and spend reporting processes
- Collaborating with Technical, Quality, NPD, Production, Planning and Finance teams
- Providing sourcing and commercial input into new product development projects
- Supporting supply risk assessment and continuity planning activities
