Area Manager | Up to ÂŁ33,282 base salary | Annual bonus | Chichester
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Area Manager to join our team at the bustling Merston site in, Chichester! Reporting to the Shift Manager, you’ll take the reins of a talented team of Manufacturing and Production Operatives, leading the charge in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of your section on the factory floor. This is your chance to make an impact in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow!
Shift Pattern
We operate a days only shift pattern covering 7am to 7pm. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically, you would be working as follows:
Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 – Wednesday & Thursday

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technical, Engineering, Hygiene, Logistics, Health & Safety, Finance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations
As a line manager, you are responsible for identifying and reporting signs of modern slavery within your team
