Apply now and grow with us! \n What you get from us \n \n Salary of up to £32,478 \n Shift allowance \n Free English lessons (if required) \n Employer matched pension up to 5% \n Health cash plan \n Flexible benefits including; Corporate gym discounts, enhanced maternity & paternity policy and many more \n Access to online GP & life assurance \n \n Responsibilities \n \n Ensure team are trained to the required standard and all new starters have a meaningful and effective induction to the business \n Manage holiday scheduling to ensure adequate shift coverage and meet operational requirements \n Oversee and track employee absences \n Assume full responsibility for the logistics department during night shift or in their absence \n Ensure Company Health and Safety and Hygiene rules are adhered to \n Ensure all Customer requirements are met \n Maintain stock control/ integrity in the area of work \n Liaise/communicate with all other team members where necessary \n Meet required deadlines through prioritising own work \n Keeping required information/data/records for auditing purposes up to date \n \n Shift pattern \n We operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7 covering days and nights.

You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period.

Typically you would be working as follows: \n Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday \n Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday \n Natures Way Foods is the leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and food-to-go for supermarkets and retailers, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe.
