Reporting into the QA Manager you will be responsible for Product Food Safety and Quality, systems, processes, procedures & GMP to ensure they comply with the set internal and customer requirements and specification, including auditing and closure of non-conformances.
We operate a rotational shift pattern covering both days and nights 7:00am–7:00pm.
You will work a total of 14 days within a 28-day period.
Typically, your working pattern will be as follows
- Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

- Ensurethatourfactoriesareauditreadyatalltimesandthestrict GMPstandardsaremaintainedthroughoutthemanufacturingsite.
- Conductscheduledauditingofsafety, legalityand GMPstandardsofthesite.
- Carryoutregulardocumentedchecksonallareasandlinesofmanufactureandpacking, includingpaperworkcheckstoensurecorrectcompletion.
- Carryoutvalidationandverificationofprocessesaccordingtoschedule.
- Monitorlinesduringproductionandreportanyissuesinrelationtoqualityorproductsafety.
- Carryoutsampling, checks, tests, swabbingandotherconformancerequirementsaccordingtorequiredschedules, includingloggingofsamplesintolaboratorysystem.
- Conductdocumentedinvestigationsandcloseoutnon-conformances, using Root Cause Analysis.
- Completerecordsandlogsforallactivitiesaccordingtoprocedure.
- Prepare, auditandfilepaperworkforlines&mixingroom.
- Setupandconductdailyqualityassessments, includingfeedbackandtrendingforoperationalteams.
- Control&documentationof On Holdandothernon-conformingproducts.
- Pestcontrolcheckswhererequired.
