Manufacturing Operative – Selsey Site – Mixture of days and nights – Shift Allowance

Shift Pattern: Our rotational shift pattern covers 7 to 7, with 14 days worked over a 28‑day period. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate specialized production machinery, ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely.
  • Supervise production operatives and agency staff working on site.
  • Ensure Health & Safety guidelines and procedures are adhered to at all times, reporting near misses and any accidents or incidents when they occur.
  • Ensure customer orders are met to our high standards of quality.
  • Report any out‑of‑spec product, machinery issue, or non‑conformance to line management.
