We’re looking for a proactive and driven Machine Operator to join our fast‑paced team at Natures Way Foods. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—ensuring our machinery runs smoothly, customer orders are met to high standards, and safety always comes first.
Shift Pattern: Fixed Days or Nights (7 am–7 pm / 7 pm–7 am): 14 days across a 28‑day period, with the following typical pattern: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday.
