Natures Way Foods is leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and “food-to-go” for supermarkets and retailers, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe.

We are currently looking for a Site Engineering Manager to join our rapidly growing business in Chichester, West Sussex.
Reporting into our Head of Operations you will lead a team of fantastic Engineers that manage and maintain some of the latest production technology within the food industry.
Responsibilities
You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team who are responsible for driving and delivering against strategy and driving continuous improvement to delight our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and developing a team of Engineers
- The day to day activities of the site based engineering department
- Continuous improvement of NWF engineering practices and standards and projects
- Legionella management
- Efficient use of energy resources, including reduction initiatives
- Environmental compliance management
- Ensure buildings, plant & equipment are safe in design & operation
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years’ experience within a fast paced Industrial engineering environment
- People management experience
- Working understanding of Health & Safety legislation
- Strong multi-skilled technical abilities
- Strong communicator (written & verbal)
- IT Literate
- Team player
- Recognised Electrical qualification
