Seasonal Production Supervisor (fixed‑term contract) – Cheshire. The role supports site operations by supervising seasonal colleagues, organising labour, and collaborating with management to ensure smooth daily production, accurate timesheet and attendance processes, and consistent productivity.
Shift Patterns
- Night Shift 7pm‑7am – Monday to Thursday and Thursday to Sunday (44 hours/week)

Responsibilities
- Liaise with NWF management to determine daily labour requirements.
- Manage the timesheet process at shift start and end, reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure seasonal staff are in designated areas at shift start and supervise movements.
- Ensure accurate recording of working hours.
- Approve timesheets and submit to the NWF Manager/Agency Coordinator.
- Monitor break discipline, return of PPE, and punctuality after breaks.
- Work closely with the NWF contact to review performance and productivity.
