Due to continued growth and increased demand for our products, we are expanding our team and looking for Production Operatives to join us at Natures Way Foods. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation where our people are at the heart of what we do. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting our expanding production lines, ensuring our fresh, high-quality food products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards for our retail customers.
Shift pattern
We operate a rotational shift pattern covering both days and nights 7:00am–7:00pm. You will work a total of 14 days within a 28-day period. Typical your working pattern will be as follows:
- Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
