Due to continued growth and high demand for our products, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Hygiene Supervisor to join us at our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility, this is for the Runcton factory. This is your chance to be part of a fast‑paced, forward‑thinking company that truly values its people.

As a Hygiene Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in leading a team of 8 Hygiene operatives keeping our production lines running smoothly by ensuring everything is clean, safe, and ready for the next shift – helping us deliver the highest‑quality products to our customers.

Shift pattern

We operate a shift pattern covering nights, 7:00pm–7:00am at the Merston facility. You will work a total of 14 days within a 28‑day period. Typically, your working pattern will be as follows:

  • Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday

Responsibilities

  • To lead a team who will have tasks inclusive of:
  • Clean down all production machinery after each production run is completed in compliance with our Food hygiene and factory standards ensuring our production lines are compliant and ready for the next order schedule.
  • Maintain high hygiene standards around the machine areas to maintain Food and Operator safety.
  • Chemical washing of Production machinery and surrounding areas.
  • Safe and careful handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Operating and maintaining hygiene equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date hygiene records in accordance with company procedures.

  • Previous hygiene experience in a factory or production environment.
  • Positive attitude.

  • Willing to learn.
  • Lead by example.
  • COSHH.
  • Training delivery – buddying system.
  • Allergen awareness level 2.
