Natures Crops International (NCI), a leading producer and manufacturer of specialty plant oils for use in personal care, dietary supplement, and food industries, has an opening for two (2) permanent Crushing Technicians at our oilseed processing facility and refinery in Kensington, PE. The Crushing Technician is responsible for the operation of our oilseed crushing (expelling) equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor oilseed crushing equipment
- Record data
- Inventory control
- Equipment maintenance
- Load and unload deliveries/shipments
- Keep facility clean
Qualifications:
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Strong work ethic, reliable, and a positive attitude is required
- Must be able to lift 25 kg (55 lbs)
- Training will be provided
Compensation and benefits:
- $21 to $23/hour
- 4 weeks paid time off
Additional information:
- Shift work required, Monday to Friday
- 84 hours every 2 weeks
