The Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to help grow Nature’s Bazaar by finding new customers and van sales with retailers and wholesalers. This role is suitable for someone with 1–2 years’ sales experience, preferably in food, FMCG, wholesale, retail, convenience, catering or a similar B2B sales environment. The right person should be energetic, polite, well‑presented and comfortable speaking to shop owners, buyers, managers and wholesale customers in English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
- Finding new retail and wholesale customers for Nature’s Bazaar.
- Visiting independent shops, convenience stores, cash & carrys and food businesses and doing van sales.
- Introducing our Indian snacks range to potential customers.
- Taking orders and following up with customers.
- Building long‑term relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
- Sharing product information, price lists, brochures and samples where required.
- Helping customers choose suitable products for their stores.
- Reporting customer feedback, sales opportunities and market information to the company.
- Supporting repeat orders and customer reactivation.
- Representing Nature’s Bazaar professionally in the market.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years’ sales experience preferred.
- Confidence in speaking to customers face‑to‑face and by phone.
- Good communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A positive and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to visit customers and generate new business.
- Basic understanding of retail, wholesale or food sales.
- Good organisation and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to work independently and report clearly.
- Driving licence.
