MTL Ventures Limited operates Nature’s Bazaar, a growing UK-based Indian snacks brand supplying retail, wholesale, online and trade customers.
The Role
This is a flexible part-time role for someone who is responsible, organised, accurate and comfortable handling these tasks. This is a responsible position.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration
- Answering emails and customer enquiries
- Preparing and updating customer records
- Creating and sending invoices, quotations and order confirmations
- Supporting sales follow-ups by phone, email or WhatsApp
- Updating Monday.com and spreadsheets
- Filing documents and maintaining records
- Assisting with stock/order paperwork
- Supporting Amazon, website and wholesale order admin
- Preparing price lists, brochures and simple customer documents
- Coordinating with sales, warehouse and management
- Helping with basic bookkeeping/admin tasks where required
Ideal Candidate
- Reliable, organised and punctual
- Good with emails, spreadsheets and basic office software
- Accurate with data entry and paperwork
- Confident communicating with customers in English/Hindi etc.
- Able to work independently after training
- Honest, professional and trustworthy
- Willing to learn and support different areas of the business
Useful Skills
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Email and phone communication
- Invoicing or order processing
- Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce admin
10–15 hours per week
