Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth and Account Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to drive net revenue retention (NRR) and annual recurring revenue (ARR), promoting both the growth of our accounts and clients’ sustainability goals. Use biodiversity and sustainability expertise to uncover and act on new opportunities within existing accounts, helping clients achieve their goals while establishing long‑term revenue streams. Ensure clients realise clear ROI from our biodiversity solutions, empowering them to improve supply‑chain practices and advance their leadership in sustainability.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain deep, trust‑based relationships with key conservation clients, promoting the adoption of innovative biodiversity technologies. Engage with clients regularly to align our solutions with their biodiversity monitoring objectives, enhance understanding of their impacts on nature and deliver meaningful, positive outcomes for their organisation.
- Sentiment And Value Enhancement: Monitor and improve client retention and satisfaction by tailoring solutions to meet their evolving needs, using insights to drive operational and product improvements. Identify opportunities to add value through additional services, ensuring these align with clients’ goals and broader sustainability efforts.
- Account Coordination: Work closely with our Operations team to oversee the delivery of projects within accounts, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Develop a deep understanding of client structures and decision‑making processes to identify opportunities for further collaboration, including expanding biodiversity initiatives across additional business units or regions.
- Sector Expertise: Utilise your expertise and network within the conservation community to broaden our market presence and drive conversations around biodiversity monitoring across different habitats and geographies. Apply your knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSRD, TNFD, ISSB) to assist clients in navigating compliance requirements, delivering better outcomes through biodiversity solutions. Represent NatureMetrics at industry events, showcasing how our tools can help clients overcome obstacles and achieve measurable progress towards their sustainability goals.
Significant experience in account or project management within the conservation NGO, nature‑tech or environmental markets sector, with a proven track record of delivering results and engaging diverse audiences. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding client bases, particularly with leading conservation organisations. Strong strategic insight into the challenges and opportunities within the conservation sector, including the funding gap and linking foundations, finance institutions and biodiversity needs. Active involvement with key industry stakeholders and bodies, enhancing our market presence and credibility within the conservation and nature‑recovery sector – attending relevant events, conferences and webinars. Confidently present our tools and products to mixed audiences both online and in person, effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
