The Opportunity: Stop Hunting. Start Closing. Most sales roles are 80% prospecting and 20% selling. We have flipped the model. At NatureBrain, we are a Nature Tech firm that uses proprietary AI to originate and structure high-integrity nature-based assets. We don’t sell or future promises. We hold exclusive commercial mandates for verified, issued carbon credits in the Amazon, Paraguay, and Mexico.

We have the Product (A portfolio of +1.2 Million issued credits ready for transfer). We have the Engine (An exclusive partnership with an AI-driven lead generation firm). We are missing the Closer. We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join us on a Founding Team Track. You will take ownership of the bottom of the funnel, manage high-level negotiations with CSOs and CFOs, and convert our pipeline into revenue.

The 2026 Commercial Landscape (Why Join Now?) The timing is critical. New European regulations (CSRD, Spain's RD 214/2025) are forcing over 50,000 companies to report and compensate for their emissions starting this year. Demand is spiking, but supply of high-quality assets is scarce. We are sitting on the supply. You will be effectively managing the commercialization of a portfolio with a potential market value exceeding $100M USD.

Here is the reality of the fees you will be generating commissions on:

  • The Spot Inventory (Cash Today): We have ~1.2 Million credits (tCO2e) issued and ready to sell immediately. This represents a potential Net Revenue (Fees) for NatureBrain of $1M - $6M USD in the short term.
  • The Forward Stream (Recurring Revenue): Our mandates include long-term streams (10+ years) from massive conservation and reforestation projects, representing a recurring fee potential of $3M - $5M+ USD annually.
  • The Upside: We are actively structuring these assets for regulated markets (CORSIA / Article 6), where prices—and our fees—double. Your income is directly tied to this volume. There is no cap.

Your Role: The Closer. You will not be scraping LinkedIn for emails. We have a strategic partner (NEXO) using AI and OCR technology to analyze corporate sustainability reports, identify carbon deficits, and book qualified meetings for you.

Your responsibilities:

  • Execute the Close: Conduct high-stakes video meetings with C-Level executives (Chief Sustainability Officers, CFOs) who have been pre-qualified.
  • Pipeline Strategy: You are the owner of the CRM (HubSpot). You ensure no lead is left behind and manage the deal flow from Meeting Booked to Contract Signed.
  • Manage the Opener: You will act as the internal client for our lead-gen partner, providing feedback on lead quality to refine their AI targeting.
  • Navigate Complexity: You aren’t selling software subscriptions. You are selling complex financial instruments. You will guide clients through price negotiation, due diligence, and final contracting.

Who We Are Looking For:

The Profile: You are a senior salesperson (4-8 years exp.) who is tired of corporate bureaucracy and wants to build something real.

The Skillset: Experience in High-Ticket B2B Sales is non-negotiable. Ideal backgrounds: Carbon Markets, ESG Consulting, Renewable Energy, or Enterprise SaaS.

The Mindset: You are comfortable with a 3-6 month sales cycle. You understand that a No from a CFO is just the start of the negotiation.

The Languages: You must be Native/Fluent in Spanish (to coordinate with the team) and Professional in English (to sell to international buyers).

The Offer & Career Path: We are looking for a partner, not just an employee.

Phase 1: The Sprint (Freelance / Partner)

  • Structure: Monthly Retainer (to cover operations) + High-Tier Commission Structure.
  • Income Potential: Closing just one medium-sized deal from our Spot inventory will likely exceed the annual variable of a standard sales job.
  • Flexibility: 100% Remote. You manage your own time; we only measure Revenue.

Phase 2: The Future (Founding Team)

  • The Goal: Upon validating sales velocity and hitting agreed revenue targets, you will be offered a Permanent Executive Role as Head of Sales.
  • The Reward: This includes a competitive base salary and Equity/Phantom Shares, allowing you to benefit from the long-term exit value of the company.
