NatureScot is seeking a Senior People Adviser (Organisational Change) to lead the delivery of people-related activity during the transition to a new operating model. You will act as the lead adviser on organisational change, workforce transition and engagement, ensuring changes are fair and compliant with employment law.
The role reports to the Head of People and Organisational Development, with responsibilities spanning change design, consultation, workforce planning and leadership.
