Qualified Early Years Educator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident level 3 qualified practitioner to join our team at our OUTSTANDING, beautiful, rural setting in Brinscall, Chorley.

Duties
– Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum for young children
– Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
– Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
– Observe and assess children\’s progress and communicate with parents or guardians
– Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a positive learning environment
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials

Requirements
– Minimum of a Btec national diploma or equivalentin Childcare
– Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
– Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all children
– Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
