We are seeking an Account Manager with a focus on Conservation to leverage expertise in the conservation and NGO sector to drive account growth and expand the adoption of biodiversity solutions. This role will help clients integrate nature data into their monitoring approaches and strategies, enabling informed and cost-effective decisions, prioritising conservation actions, and supporting global biodiversity goals.
The successful candidate will be a commercially-driven and strategic professional with a proven track record in revenue-focused account management, ideally within the Conservation sector. Responsibilities include:
- Revenue Growth and Account Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to drive net revenue retention (NRR) and annual recurring revenue (ARR), promoting account growth and clients’ sustainability goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key Conservation clients, promoting the adoption of innovative biodiversity technologies.
- Sentiment and Value Enhancement: Monitor and improve client retention and satisfaction by tailoring solutions to meet evolving needs.
- Account Coordination: Work closely with the Operations team to oversee project delivery, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
- Sector Expertise: Utilise expertise and network within the conservation community to broaden market presence and drive conversations about biodiversity monitoring.

About you: Significant experience in account or project management within the conservation NGO, nature tech, or environmental markets sector, with a proven track record of delivering results. Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the conservation sector, including the funding gap. Maintain active involvement with key industry stakeholders and bodies.
