The OpportunityWe’re searching for a Marketing Manager to own and lead marketing at Nature Broking — shaping our brand, voice, and presence with the world’s leading corporates. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing start-up where you will build and run the full marketing engine, from strategy through to execution.
You’ll be:
- Developing and executing Nature Broking’s marketing strategy to position us as the premium carbon and natural capital intermediary for large corporates.
- Owning and growing our LinkedIn presence, building a thoughtful content cadence that speaks to senior stakeholders in sustainability, finance and procurement.
- Planning, promoting, and running Nature Broking-hosted events, as well as identifying and supporting the team’s presence at key industry conferences and forums.
- Spearheading our thought leadership content and getting our ideas into the market.
- Generating and nurturing PR opportunities, from press releases and media briefings to awards submissions and speaking slots and liaising with and managing external PR and communications partners.
- Managing our website, including content updates, SEO performance, and optimisation of user journeys to drive high-quality inbound interest.
- Creating and coordinating marketing collateral (decks, one-pagers, case studies).
- Establishing clear marketing performance metrics and reporting, helping to refine our go-to market strategy and narrative over time.
- Getting stuck into every part of the business, bringing an energetic, start-up mindset to new initiatives and ideas as we grow.
Around 5 years’ experience in marketing, with time spent in B2B professional services, financial services, climate / sustainability, or a related sector. Eager to run end-to-end marketing activity — from strategy and planning through to content creation, execution and measurement. Digitally confident with strong experience of LinkedIn brand building and lead generation, website management and SEO and effective use of AI. Obsessively organised, thriving at pace with many competing priorities. Ambitious and keen to supercharge a space in a growing start-up. Highly entrepreneurial and loves to bring new ideas to the team, test initiatives and push boundaries. Broad expertise across the marketing, PR and branding spectrum and keen to learn fast where there are gaps. Exemplary written and visual communication skills, able to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling content for senior corporate audiences. Deep passion for sustainability, climate action and nature restoration, with an interest in carbon markets and natural capital a strong plus. Collaborative and excited to work closely with the founders and wider team to build something special.
