The Opportunity
We’re searching for a Senior Manager / Associate Director to join our Client Advisory team — our commercial front line. This is more than a sales role. You’ll be:
- Advising senior client executives on their carbon strategies.
- Designing bespoke carbon solutions that make real-world impact.
- Fostering new and lasting relationships with global brands who want to lead in climate action.
- Driving growth in a fast-paced, ambitious start-up where your voice is truly heard.
- Getting stuck into every part of the business including the carbon projects themselves.

About You
- 6–9 years’ experience in business development or client advisory.
- Track record in working directly with senior management / C‑suite.
- Can demonstrate experience bringing in large-scale deals with corporates.
- Deep passion for sustainability, with knowledge of carbon markets a plus.
- Familiarity with financial products or services highly advantageous.
- Fired‑up by working in a start‑up environment.
