Warehouse, Dispatch & Customer Service Assistant – Part-Time
We are an established Edinburgh-based business looking for an experienced part-time Warehouse, Dispatch & Customer Service Assistant to join our small team.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 12 hours per week
Working pattern: Three weekday afternoons, 12:30pm–4:30pm
This is a varied, hands-on role involving picking, packing and dispatching customer orders, receiving and organising stock, carrying out stock checks, preparing and testing equipment prior to dispatch, maintaining accurate order records, and assisting existing customers with order and delivery enquiries by telephone and email.
The successful candidate will be organised, dependable and confident working independently, with strong attention to detail, good computer skills and a confident and professional approach to customer service.
Previous warehouse and dispatch experience is essential. Full training will be provided on our systems, processes, products and equipment.
