Position Overview
We are seeking a Coordinator to join the Licensing and Partnerships team in the Racing studio to work on the popular CSR Racing Franchise.
You will play a pivotal role in coordinating contracts for all licensed content, working closely with the Licensing Manager to ensure successful release of licensed content and managing the contract process for hundreds of external Licensors.
- What You’ll Do
- Contracts (inbound): Receive agreements from the Licensing Manager, perform initial review, communicate high‑level terms, submit contracts for legal review, and track license progress to ensure timely movement.
- Contracts (outbound): Prepare contract drafts from templates, submit drafts for legal review, coordinate the review process, manage priorities, and flag any delays.
- Contractual
Obligations: Communicate and deliver contractual requirements, including legal notices to the development team, providing valid insurances, onboarding Licensors for payment, handling invoices, and raising purchase orders when required.
- Reporting: Enter data and track all contract statuses to stakeholders using automated workflows, update release tracking from the development team, and share potential risks with the Licensing Manager for mitigation.
Report updates weekly to the development team.

Collaboration: Work within the Licensing and Partnerships team, supporting the CSR Racing Franchise, reporting to the Licensing Manager, and acting as a bridge to third‑party Licensors and the vehicle content team.
