We’re known for iconic titles like CSR Racing 2, and we’re always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in mobile racing Live Ops.
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Ops Lead Product Manager to ignite our games with a constant stream of exciting content and engaging experiences. You’ll be the architect of our Live Ops strategy, crafting a vibrant calendar of events, seasons, and promotions designed to surprise and delight our players while driving both engagement and monetization. This role is about running the game, optimizing the player’s experience, and creating a constant sense of surprise and delight for our players.
Responsibilities
- Live Operations Strategy: Define and execute the overall Live Ops strategy
- Live Ops Calendar: Develop a calendar featuring seasons, events, and promotions
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze player data, monitor game performance, and identify opportunities to optimize events, offers, and rewards to maximize player engagement and monetization
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
- Player Communication: Develop and communicate Live Ops changes and vision to players, actively engage the community on product performance, and drive new ideas
Leadership Context: Reporting directly to the Director of Product for NaturalMotion Racing as a key member of the team’s leadership group

- Proven experience in mobile games product management with strong demonstrable experience managing live game operations
Work Environment
We embrace a hybrid work environment. Within this role you will work 3 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home.
