We are seeking a dedicated and intuitive Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or Holistic Therapist to join our tranquil wellness sanctuary. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for nurturing beauty and inner wellbeing, offering treatments that help clients feel restored, cared for, and truly at ease. Duties
- Perform a variety of massage, holistic, and beauty treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs and mood.
- Provide thoughtful skincare advice and makeup application when required, helping clients feel confident and cared for.
- Deliver every treatment with warmth, precision, and care, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Maintain a beautifully clean, calm, and organised treatment space.
- Create a nurturing, unhurried experience for clients from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
- Keep thoughtful, accurate records of treatments and personal client preferences.
- Gently introduce clients to additional treatments or products that support their self-care journey.
- Stay current with holistic techniques, wellness trends, and natural product knowledge through ongoing learning.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a massage, holistic, or spa therapist is preferred but not essential — full training provided for the right candidate.
- Warm, attentive communication skills in English, with a genuine ability to listen and respond to client needs.
- A caring, intuitive approach to customer service with a calm, professional manner.
- Precision and care in treatments, paired with high hygiene standards.
- Naturally organised, with the ability to manage a calm, flowing appointment schedule.
- Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends.
- A recognised qualification in massage or holistic therapy is advantageous.
