Are you ready to take the next step in your early years leadership journey? We are looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the leadership of a thriving nursery, working alongside a dedicated team to provide exceptional care and learning experiences for children. You'll help lead by example, inspire outstanding practice, and contribute to a nurturing environment where children, families, and colleagues can flourish.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Experience in a senior or leadership role within an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Confidence in supporting the day-to-day running of a busy nursery
- Ability to motivate, support, and develop colleagues
- Full-time role – minimum 40 hours per week
- A warm, positive, and child-centred approach
