Maternity Leave Cover for Nursery Manager – Exciting opportunity to manage an Outstanding nursery!
In this role, you’ll lead with vision, support an experienced team, and ensure our children receive the very best start in life. You’ll champion outstanding practice, drive quality, and create an environment where both children and staff thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Proven management or senior leadership experience in an early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
- Ability to lead with confidence, empathy, and positivity
- Full-time role – minimum 40 hours per week
- Passion for building strong relationships with children, families, and staff
