This is a full‑time, on‑site Educator role located in Blackwater. The Educator will plan and deliver engaging, nature‑based activities, foster child‑led learning, and create an inclusive, supportive environment for children. Responsibilities include:

  • Curriculum development

  • Facilitating effective communication with children, parents, and staff
  • Maintaining a safe and inspiring educational atmosphere

Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with early years
  • Proficiency in delivering high-quality Education and Teaching practices
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members
  • Ability to provide Training and support to peers and contribute to team development
  • Passion for nature-based and child‑led education
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and a commitment to child welfare
