This is a full-time/part-time on-site role based in Bath, with some flexibility. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, sourcing, budgets, and resources, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will also play a pivotal role in improving processes and optimising operations for the organization and leading some of the team within the business.
Qualifications:
- Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to lead, plan, and deliver projects effectively
- Experience in Expediting and Inspection, ensuring deliverables meet schedules and quality standards
- Proficiency in Expeditor techniques and Logistics Management to streamline operations and supply chains
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
- Experience in the skincare, spa, or related industries is highly desirable
